Highly professional, nonprofit organization with exceptional leadership that promotes/encourages continued education.
Special Executive Assistant Consultant/Trainor (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCSeptember 6, 2016
Empowering executives that lead by example through an open door policy to employees of all levels. NCRC promotes an environment committed to empowering all staff members to contribute their individual opinions, concerns, ideas, suggestions and any other feedback they wish to contribute. The officers authentically receive and respect all employee contributions. All communication is highly regarded and encouraged by NCRC leaders which in turn cultivates a true sense of pride that shines through each employees job performance.

Working with NCRC felt more like a privilege than a job. The leaders provide an environment that enables its team members to feel good about the work they contributed at the close of each day. It was a daily pleasure to be on board with such an honorable organization!
