Outside Independent Sales Representative, Temple, TX - October 21, 2013
My supervisor is amazing and helpful. He helped with encouragement as I travel 1500 miles a week or more to reach outlying areas with potential sales. Mid management is getting experience, huge shoes to fill. The hardest part of my job are the recent restrictions. Formulas used to figure productivity in the city don't support increased sales in the outlying areas. Full deliveries are more important than finding huge sales that don't exist in rural communities... all sales in rural areas are good sales. I really enjoy meeting new people and helping them overcome the challenges of rural business, and increasing sales.
