Cold calling all day. Repetitive job sitting in a rows of 10 with each person doing the exact same thing on the phone trying to get businesses with bad credit to take loans. You are technically scamming people who do not have much money to their name/business and taking a huge chunk of their revenue. No much room for growth, after you work with cold calls you move to "warm leads" and then more personal dealing which isn't saying much. Pay is pretty much commission so its all on you. Average person works here for 6 months and the whole time they're interviewing at other places so they can stop working at this boiler room. T
