National Team Lead, Corporate office: North Richland Hills, TX - May 6, 2015
To begin, I would like to admit, working for my current emplyer has been a pleasure. A typical work shift includes providing our Hospice clients with the highest quality of customer service possible, while taking care of their patients to the best of our ability. One of the most valuable qualities I have developed as an employee of this company is patience. I adore the majority of my co-workers, and even though there are a few co-workers I have that I do not care for, we all work together, with professionalism, to acheive the goals of our company and uphold the integrity and comfort of the patients whom we come in contact with. One of the major difficulties of my position is the lack of communication between our company and the Hospices we serve. The most abundant advantages to my position is the ability to assist in comforting the patients we serve in their end stages of life.
