Mind numbing customer service operator
CSO Customer Service Operator (Current Employee), Head Office, Victoria –
Pros: benefits
Cons: mind numbing, soul crushing, need thick skin
Your average day consists of repeated being yelled at by people with no concept of how to use a product they purchase. You deal with the low end of the economic scale, poorly educated people who expect you to fix the problem they have created.
The CSC customer service centre management can't, and provide little support to their staff.
HR has no concept – more...  of the duties in the CSC.
Equipment is outdated, applications constantly crash. – less

I would not recomend anyone to work for Money Mart. They have a very poor workplace where the staff are treated very poorly. Very Very back working conditions

Staff is good Company not
Midnight Cashier (Former Employee), Barrie Ontario –
Pros: good benefits
Cons: do not respect you
The people you work with are always nice. However the company itself is not. Do not believe a word they say as well they do not pay Worker's Comp.
