Your average day consists of repeated being yelled at by people with no concept of how to use a product they purchase. You deal with the low end of the economic scale, poorly educated people who expect you to fix the problem they have created. The CSC customer service centre management can't, and provide little support to their staff. HR has no concept – more... of the duties in the CSC. I would not recomend anyone to work for Money Mart. They have a very poor workplace where the staff are treated very poorly. Very Very back working conditions
