Not great. My guess is they will lose the CDC contract and greatly have to cut their workforce. The quality of the data collection is poor. The turnover rate is higher than most call centers, and the company does nothing to improve their business practices and employee retention.

The interview process is pretty easy. You have to go through a powerpoint on the computer by yourself, then have an interview with one or more of the staff there. Questions are typical. Why did you leave your last job; can you sit for long periods of time; what customer service experience do you have

The work can get dull depending on what project you are on but largely it is interesting.
A major issue is that you are sedentary, either sitting or standing, for long periods in non-ergonomic chairs so don't expect comfort.
The culture is actually a good thing here, the employees and supervisors are great and friendly folks. Even the HR people are great and that's a shock lol.
The organization strives for a professional attitude but also encourages a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is research, not business.
