When I started with this company in November of 2012, I looked forward to going to work every day! Then they had a new Call Center manager take over, we will refer to him as "R", he came in and totally changed everything, and not for the better! The management leads you on when it comes to promotions, meaning, they already have who they want in mind and instead of just promoting that person, they waste other people's time! They also bring new people in at a higher rate then the people who have worked there for a long time and don't even offer to give them raises.
