Fast-Paced workplace
Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to CEO (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXSeptember 8, 2012
A very fast-paced work environment. Micromanagement leadership style. Wonderful, skilled co-workers. Excellent on-the-job learning experiences but, unfortunately, there are no growth opportunities in this company.
Pros
co-workers, fun events sometimes
Cons
micromanager, benefits are not that good

Poorly Managed Company
Accounts Receivable Specialist (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXDecember 11, 2013
There is no guidance, management is unaware of job duties and requirements to get taskas completed.

System is antiquated. Requires you to so the same work multiple times.

Benefits are not good. You do not earn Vacation until you have been here a year and they pick one of the two weeks that you get.

A great place to work in Texas !
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Richardson, TXJanuary 16, 2013
Get up and drive to work , Gather all the tools needed to work for the day. Go out put up the signs needed from the home builders, and make sure they are right, build more sign kiosks along the designated roadways,etc..How to be proficiant about how to put up signs and in a timely manner. My boss was real good and helped out when I needed it. After the job was done for the day, enjoyed my time at the pool with my friends and family.
Pros
learning how to do a good job right the first time !.
Cons
the weather was variable at times.
