The work environment is very team work oriented, positive, laid back, and solution oriented. This is the first time I worked for a company where my manager, the executive director, and the CEO actually listen to and incorporate your input instead of just giving orders. I was a program manager at my previous job but, here I don't feel like I need to be in a position of authority to make an impact on my team or the youth. You definitely feel empowered.

Just like anywhere I have been. Several people interview you, they are interested if you have trauma experience and if you are able to keep your personal issues seperate from your professional life. I have seen alot of people come and go here, most who left had personal issues and couldn't handle the work or work within a team.
