NYAP has two part time openings for Community Resource Coordinators. One position will be located in Lima. The other position will be located in Toledo.

National Youth Advocate Program is a multi-state nonprofit organization dedicated to working with kids and families. We embrace a strength-based philosophy and believe that problems can be solved. We are seeking dynamic individuals dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.

The Community Resource Coordinator develops and implements on-going foster home recruitment plan and submits home studies for licensing per agency procedures. Serves as liaison between NYAP and state and/or regulatory agencies regarding foster home licensing, re-certification and/or accreditation. Individuals with direct experience in the area of child welfare, foster care licensing, and re-certification procedures is preferred.
