We are seeking a full time Treatment Coordinator for our CANEI (Constant and Never Ending Improvement) Program. The National Youth Advocate Program's CANEI Program is a 26-week strength-based, intensive home based treatment program that teaches youth how to live in and respect the community they call home and to develop compassion and empathy for the people close to them and for others.

Through intensive, home-based services, group-based sessions and a multidimensional approach, Living Skills Training and a self selected Service Learning Project, CANEI youth transform themselves by cultivating a sense of self, purpose and responsibility for their lives. They positively reconnect with their families and others and live productively and respectfully in the community they call home.

We are seeking individuals with a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and a minimum of two years experience working with the juvenile court system, probation and high-risk adolescents. Experience with intervention techniques addressing youth gangs is preferred. Preferred candidates will also have experience facilitating therapy groups, work within an urban environment, creative in connecting with community resources, can demonstrate experience in working within multiple systems of care, have experience working within a mental health environment. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, have good time management skills and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates for this job must have reliable transportation, $100K/$300K auto insurance and a good driving record. This job requires that the candidates be able to work flexible hours, weekends and evenings as scheduled.
