This full time therapist position provides families with appropriate diagnostic assessment, including AOD assessment, treatment planning and individual mental health services in the home, community and office setting. The therapist will provide mental health and treatment services to children, youth and adults served by NYAP'a managed care program. He or she will work collaboratively with Family Case Managers referring clients and includes the provision of in-home services where appropriate. This position requires flexible work hours to meet the needs of persons served.
Must demonstrate a service commitment and ability to advocate for youth and families. Must have a valid LISW/LPCC as required by state and/or regulatory agencies.
