Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral/social services and two years experience in the area of youth services, preferably with direct experience in the area of child welfare/juvenile justice. Supervisory Experience Preferred.

We are seeking a Transition for Restrictive Placement Supervisor/Team Leader. The candidate will supervise and manage the workflow of TRP caseworkers who provide hands-on, compassionate, creative support for families with youth returning from incarceration or higher levels of care placement. He or she reviews and approves the initial service plan with the treatment team within the first thirty (30) days of program entry. The supervisor will accompany workers on home visits and Family Team Meetings at minimum, four times annually to observe, assist with worker professional development regarding strength-based approach, and agency's Family Centered Model.
Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for youth and families facing mental health, educational, developmental and socio-economic challenges. A Social Worker License or eligible for such license is preferred.
