I loved the company, however the unfortunate disconnect between the management staff and the employees has created a toxic environment of mangers selecting their friend to be the next sales rep instead of the most qualified parties. Also, the lack of managers ability to keep the departments staffed correctly created a call center mentality of micro managing, instead of completely training high level service minded employees, to grow and develop at a reasonable pace. Over worked and unappreciated. Director and Managers gossiping like school children.
