Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Office Manager
Department: Customer Service
Summary: Responsible for conducting Customer Service requirements along with data entry.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
1. Answer incoming Customer Service calls and assist potential and current customers with their requests.
2. Communicate with other employees in the field.
3. Scan in Production data and balance with Technicians calculations.
4. Accounts Receivable including but not limited to credit card payment and Trade Exchange payments.
5. Verify with customer services ordered including but not limited to address, programs, pricing and personal information. Check price given is within company guidelines.
6. Enter in new sales along with assigning route, proper discounts and personal information.
7. Maintaining open communication with customers through email and Live Chat.
8. Generate sales through Customer Service contact.
9. Contact customers who have accumulated a past due balance.
10. Assist in recurring data entry.
Other duties may be assigned.
Working Environment: Most of the work is performed in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interruptions and with the need to deal with a great diversity of people.
