Cons: workplace environment is not hospitable.
A typical day consist heavily on customer service which is nice. I enjoyed that part of the job. The manager at the store I worked at was horrendous. Her attitude and demeanor towards her assistants and certain employees was not exemplary of any store manager. She would threaten us and throw temper tantrums if things didn't go her way, if the team put – more... out shoes that she didn't get to see first, or if she just was in a bad mood. She played favorites with one or two associates and treated a sales associate like an assistant manager. I wouldnt recommend anyone work at the store I worked at. – less
