ALL A FACADE-Too much office politics, find something better
Business operations specialist (Former Employee) – Sunrise, FL – January 6, 2016
I made The mistake of not choosing another job option I had and going with this one because I thought there was room for growth and a positive work environment. The person that held the position before me was not allowed to keep the position at the original location in California so she stayed on board to train me for the remainder of her time. First-the position should have paid well above the rate I requested because it entailed more responsibilities than listed, but they were more than happy to go with it. Second-there was no formal or proper training. Third the high level execs are all related and so nothing negative or constructive can be said. Fourth-English is not spoken or understood by all employees. And the list of unfair and bias actions goes on and on. I regret the short and unhappy time I was there, had no review done by my immediate supervisor or indication on whether I was doing the job right until I was abruptly fired. So, I would not recommend this as a place to work long term unless you're a part of the owner's inner circle of friends and of course family.

Pros: Co-Workers Wonderful co-workers, everyone here is so nice and gets along very well with one another. Everyone is caring and helpful. Co-workers try and make each other feel special by recognizing birthdays or special events and the company culture as a whole is just comfortable and accepting. Building The building is big and cubical and desks are a generous size. There is plenty of room to organize your essentials. There is a break room with plenty of tables and chairs, two fridges, microwave and complimentary coffee. The building is situated on a nice round street so you can take a pleasant walk around the block on your breaks. There is a covered patio for outdoor dining. Management The managers here are down to earth, friendly and professional. They do their best show appreciation through positive words, lunches, gift cards, holiday party and other recognition. Clear communicators and are genuinely caring. Company (NPI) The company actually cares about your health and have different resources to show their support. Benefits The health care options are affordable and provide great coverage. There is dental, vision, life, disability and even legal services options. There is PTO and major holidays off!
Cons It is challenging to keep up with the work load. There are tons of changes that happen all the time and flexibility is absolutely necessary. Having an incredibly positive attitude and the ability to handle stress and stay pleasant under pressure can be challenging and is required at all times. No job is perfect and this is no exception, there are mishapsmore... and inconveniences that have to be handled with care and effort. Complaining isn’t tolerated. You have to have a stronger skill set than that to handle the work load hereless
Friendly atmosphere, great co-workers, nice work space, approachable managers, caring company, community outreach efforts
Heavy work load, extreme migration and integration struggles, back order challenges, zero tolerance for complaining
I have been working at Natures Products Inc as Senios PHP Developer Magento by 1 month.
This is the worst place to work, at least in the IT Web Development department, they want to create 5 Magento websites using 1 PHP developer and I3 computer with 4gb.
The web team is composed of only 3 people, a development novice who does not know the most basic principles of html, css and js, it is still employed as a Magento front end developer. The team lead totally unknown how to manage a project, and totally unknown Magento.

i worked in warehouse #3 which was doing shop orders for packaging line. Pulling huge amounts of pallets of bulk containing protein powders, pills, and components. The warehouse/plant are located at the corporate building which of course has its opportunities for job growth...if you can manage to somehow get there (family run business).
The warehouse that holds the components has alot of dirt and dust which fails to comply with GMP. The people who work in the packaging lines break alot of the GMP rules ( i dare not to drink the protein shakes). Warehouse manager is a very rude and a dictator, and he will lower your hours when he sees fit for no reason, and will decide wether you get vacation or not, and he will avoid doing your yearly evaluation so do don't get a raise. The forklifts are old and broken down, but there aren't many forklifts for everyone to use, sharing and arguments everyday over equipment. Team leads are always fighting with each other.
Most employees do not speak English. The schedulers do not do their jobs right, they keep creating shop orders and canceling them so you worked hard for nothing and have to return around 20+ pallets. Alot of mistakes and problems, people from all departments walk out or quit.
Average benefits, but in the time i had my orientation it was mentioned that the company offered English classes, 15 min. massages, and a trainer for the small gym etc. It was all removed? because after that i never seen those services.
