Work too much. Not enough benefits. Company is not very organized.

I have learned alot about management. It has very good benifits. Not a job for anyone wanting to advance there career.

team work is a plus some managers know how to get work done but others tend to talk only about their personal life

Not a horrible work place but could be better far as management and workers.

I worked for Nautica for a year and a half and hated every minute of it. The company does not listen to the employees in the store. The corporate employees get all the compensation and benefits and they do nothing for their retail employees. The pay is horrible for the amount of work they expect their management to do. The company is very unorganized – more...  and has horrible communication. They do not promote people based on qualifications or education, it is who you know. I have worked for other retailers and this was by far the worst store I have EVER worked for. – less

It is very productive and fun. Managers are great and also the customers.

Nautica is a fun place to work but it's also a very stressful workplace. Your expected to be on top of the customer every second until they leave the store and while customer service is about delivering excellent service to the customer the means in which Nautica does it is suffercating to the customer, making them not want to return.

Nautica was a very challenging environment for me at first, but as time progressed, I developed a good knowledge of my tasks and assignments. The experience was helpful and aided me in developing better work habits.
