My typical day at Nautica i foled clothes and helped customers. Sometimes it would be heckded but you will get through it. what i learned is that you have to be outspoken and greet customers and make sure the customers were happy. My co-workers were kind and never argued. The hardest part of the job is making sure the clothes are neat because alot of – more... customers were unfolding the clothes or accidently push clothes off the tables. it was ok. long hours but it was worth it some days. Some of the employees aren't to receptive to new employees.

A typical day involved managing a team and business for a multi state territory. Flowing communication to corporate and to team. Hands on merchandising in accounts. Lots of phone calls and catching up on what is happening in all of the territories. Consistent travel was the hardest part of the job. A typical day at Nautica it was a very fast paced environment. They co-workers were very sweet and out-going.The hardest part of the job would be the organizing of the clothing, i will admit i had gotten confused a few times on where things went and how they were suppose to go.The most enjoyable part of the job would be just working there i loved it – more... i wish they would have given me more hours i just wanted to stay the night at that store. Open or close store, assign the employees the daily duties. Clean and Organize. Handled all cash at the start, mid-day, and end of the day. Floor-sets, shipment, transfers, emails, and faxes. All office duties and contacted RM by via:phone, and email.
My co-workers were great everyone had a fun outgoing attitudes.

Company had no existing LP programs was able to set Parameters for XBR system. Able to establish policies and procedures. Management team was great as well as corporate partners .
Position was temporary.

On a typical day, its quite alright. I get along with the majority of staff at Nautica. Its not a high demanding job, and there is no need for alot of stress. I have learned so much about retail, sales and business, and I am thankful for the oppurtunity.

A typical day at work would to help customers with everything they need.i learned to be yourself and and you can have fun with the managers and be serious at the same time. There was nothing about the job that seem hard and was the most enjoyable job I ever had

the family environment is the only reason why I stay at Nautica. I love the staff. There my second family. I also like the perks like the discounts I get with the other company Nautica is with. When it comes to the Company though there is no growth. i would like to stay with a company that i can grow with. They do not take care of staff, give raises, – more... give reviews, we do not have meetings. I do not agree with that. I feel as though staff should be on same page so in a whole the store/company can grow. – less

1.Unloaded and handled store merchandise in a manner that protected company assets
2. Prepared merchandise for the selling floor including folding, sizing, sensoring, and steaming as needed
3. Replenished the selling floor to maximize sales
4. Provided excellent customer service with providing assistance with purchases and sizing

everyone was nice. no one had a problem with me, i was nice to every customer. i did what my manager told me to. the hardest part of the job was keeping up with all the customers. a typical day at work was not too busy but it wasnt slow. the most enjoyable part of the job was when i convinced customers to buy the items.

Typical day at work is about 8 hours. Meeting different types of cultural people. Providing customer service. More of a fast passed work place, but also some down time. Very clean work environment. Learned and furthered my customer service skills. Excellent hard working management! Also very understandable. Very nice and energetic co-workers.
