Kevina J (Retail)
Retail Sales (Former Employee), Sevierville, TNOctober 10, 2014
Greeting people with hospitality , Helping our costumers , Selling the product quickly and efficiently. Making sure that the costumers are always satisfied ,before they buy the product; is what I learned from my experience of helping a costumer. the co-workers were very friendly and team oriented. the hardest part of the job was making sure that you knew every sale or price just in case costumers asks. the enjoyable part was making sure that the costumers were satisfied.

Many different management styles in upper management. Some were great and focused on developing team members, some where not as dedicated to company success through employee growth.

Register Lead (Current Employee), New York, NYAugust 7, 2014
A typical day at work is managing the cash wrap, returns, exchanges, and making sure you hit your sales goal at the end of the day. I learned to always try to have a solution for the customers problem. It results in positive feedback for you and the company. Management is very helpful. They help out with any questions you might have and informative about new procedures. Co-workers are driven to make their sales goals at the end of the day. Also friendly, supportive, and great people to work with. The hardest part of the job in my opinion is making your sales goal on a slow day. I enjoyed being competitive and making the top 3 in sales all the time.

Cashier/Sales Associate
Cashier/Sales Associate (Former Employee), San Ysidro, CAJuly 15, 2014
In charge of the cash register, serving customers, making exchanges, returns, sales associate, customer interaction, find the size needed by the customers.

Each one had its roll to do in the store and we all helped each other. The hardest thing was in high seasons like Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
