scanning
Imaging Associate (Former Employee) –  Scottsdale, AZAugust 29, 2014
Scanning in documents that are related to property casualty applications. I learned that there are a lot of different documents to decipher between different insurance coverage's. The co-workers are friendly but sometimes they can be a bit prying. The most enjoyable part of the job was able to experience the insurance part of scanning and entering information.
Pros
buddy system, fitness center, ice
Cons
prying to much on other co-workers

IT (Former Employee) –  Scottsdale, AZSeptember 4, 2012
great company, solidly financially backed.
no transparency with management, no true vision imparted.
several employees have held positions since the company's inception - joining this group is akin to pledging a fraternity (without the true hazing).
middle managers lurk waiting to catch workers off guard & then "note your file" (which goes nowhere).
Executive Management doesn't have the wherewithal to deal with it since all their positions are cush.
salary is on the lower scale of comparable companies
Pros
easy work
Cons
culture
