Pros: in the early days it was like a family, pay was good for the work, made some good friends while working there, the work was challenging even in lean years
Cons: the unspoken motto is "don't trust anyone", there is little or no advancement potential, really turned into an abyssmal place to work
What was once a great organization to work for has deteriorated into a backstabbing organization filled with a rumor mill that is fueled by members on all levels. Details of personal conversations with Sr. Mgmt are shared with underlings, who then share that info with others. That is the most disappointing part. Adults should know how to act in a work

It is a terribly siloed organization, where communication is terrible. Thanks to both financial and technological challenges, the company has gone through numerous layoffs since 2008, and now it runs lean and mean. That can be good and bad, but when you combine lean and mean with bad communication, it is tough to understand priorities. Most people walk on eggshells and are legitimately concerned about their futures.
Communication must improve. Remove the rumor mill that alienates staff. Wholesale changes must take place to improve the company culture - it just isn't a fun place to work and considering the business Navarre is in, that is sad. It should be fun. – less
