A leading national energy firm is looking for motivated and experienced individuals to fulfill positions as residential sales agents and team leaders. The positions require experience in closing business through door to door sales, networking and managing teams. Having a stellar track record of hitting sales goals a plus.
- Prior residential sales experience a must. Previous energy industry background desirable but not mandatory. Telecom, merchant services and mortgage background are also a plus.
- Excellent Communication skills, multitasking, and problem solving
- Self-motivated and people that possess the entrepreneurial spirit
- Past success in people management relationships, closing deals
- Multiple languages a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese)
- Result oriented individuals
- Potential to earn over $75k in first year, with upside in subsequent years.
