As a senior manager, I was responsible for managing a team of associates who interacted directly with consumers with both product inquiries as well as complaints. This experience taught me how to successfully problem solve when dealing with difficult consumers and escalated complaints, one of the harder parts of the job. Managing a group of team members was not only a learning experience in how to deal with differing personalities but also rewarding, when as a team, we could create a positive consumer experience.
