Working at NCC Group for the past year has enabled me to make ends meet and I have learned a lot regarding operational tasks.

Unfortunately, I have come to a dead end as to how much I can learn.

Love working at NCC as one of their instructors. I usully get there about 1/2 hour early to set up my equipment and wait for my students. Once class starts, there are a lot of questions and teamwork in the classroom and students always want to stay after class for more one-to-one questions and guidance.

My supervisor is pretty hands off, but always – more... available for questions. My co-workers are wonderful, but I trully don't get to speak to them much or socialize with them.

The challenging part of my job is teaching in two language at the same time. This semester I have 23 students that only speak Spanish and 1 that only speaks English, but I don't mind. It keeps my language skill fresh. – less

It was a place to work if you just wanted something part-time it was a fun place to work was not alot of stress.

I really like and enjoyed working for this company. The people were always nice as long as you do your job and fast paced and fast learner and adapt to changes. The hours were understandable breaks were good

Management was very nice. Learned much about selling and marketing. Customer oriented.

my first work place after my college. watever i have learned about this industry is from the exposure provided by my CEO, whom i report & this organization who has supported me in terms of personal and professional ground.

The Company was good in general. I do both site and office works, so i may say that my skills improved not only in my profession but also improved in doing office work such as document controller and learned how to be a store keeper. Sometimes I observed that some of my co-workers are not doing their job. I do believe that helping each other during – more... work will make work easy as one coordinates to other. I would say the hardest part of the job is when it is new or i may say the first time to do it. It's a challenge and I myself is ready and willing to learn on how to do it. I learn How to salve any problem releted to opreating m/c.
Mangement is very striced but my efficent working to most effect.
am shift incharge.
testing of milk when ph value is incharge.
when poly pack then injoy.

here its very good to work with this company the only reason i m leaving is tht i want to come back to hyderabad for some persnol reason.

NCC gave me a very good plat form to prove myself.only back drop was system was not perfectlyorganized to get work done.very friendly management.I got trained in primavera software.

initally data given by client were blunder but by efforts done by us we made it relavant and work executed and five bridge were saved by changing the profile of the track

Management is week,
