I think overall not a really bad place to work. The job is a contract job so job security isn't the best.

I enjoyed my time there. Learned new marketing methods everyday.

answer phones all day and get criticized for every mistake big or small
learned to type more than 74 words per minute
management was rude and ununderstanding
the other phone reps were nice
the hardest part of the job was telling a customer that you cannot give them more time to pay
the most enjoyable part was hearing a satisfied customer on the phone

Management lies about everything, horrible organization to work for. Very unprofessional environment, managers use employees to obtain negative information about other employees, and they lie.
