Call Center Representative (Former Employee) – Jackson, MI – December 3, 2017
A multifaceted company that takes on the guise of sales team, doctor's answering service, Utility company and bill collector has a lot of stress associated with it. You have to seamlessly transition between these roles on any given day depending on what clients we're schedule to handle that day.
While I don't discredit NCO for being what it is, I found the lack of direction, poor management, terrible wages and frankly completely unreal stressful environment daunting and almost unbearable.
T-Mobile Customer Service Represenative (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – December 3, 2017
Many of my high school associates worked there as well I was paid extremely well and earned several bonuses and enjoyed the fast paced environment. We went through paid training not only for customer service bit also for technical training as well
Credit Balance Associate (Former Employee) – Norcross, GA – November 28, 2017
The turnover rate at this company is very high. Due to the lack of leadership only a selected few will stay for more than 3 years. The unrealistic daily quota will make your day seem impossibly ending.
A Relaxed work environment and plenty of phone calls being made.
Debt Collector (Former Employee) – Trevose, PA – November 25, 2017
My typical day at NCO Financial is tracking down late or overdue loans and trying to get the debtor to either pay the amount in collections or negotiate a payment plan or legal action would happen if they didn't want to pay. If the debtor is unable to be reached we would send mail to there residence or look them up on the web and obtain a resent address or other means.
45 minute lunch breaks and great conversation with co-workers
Customer Sales and Service Representative (Former Employee) – Joplin, MO – November 25, 2017
Do not work for this company. Management is more worried about trying to hook up with other employees, When you get paid your lucky if you get your whole paycheck. I did the managers job, including training a whole class for 3 weeks by myself and was told by management that i would not get promoted because i was not just a female but an attractive female!!!
Account Representative (Former Employee) – Oklahoma City, OK – November 23, 2017
I had a great boss but worked a split shift 8-12, 3-9. Very hard shift to work with a family. The company really pushed the legalities of the job. Overall, not a bad place to work if you need a job, or are between positions. not really a lot of room to move up, or advance in the career.
Lead Security Analyst (Former Employee) – Horsham, PA – November 12, 2017
Each year the employment turn over was over 80% of the population. As a debt collection company, it was always about getting money from debtors regardless of their situation: be it out of wirk or Just deadbeat. Compliance with law was driven by fear of fines and not from a sense of doing the right thing. Many times the smoke and mirror approach was used in an attempt to limit needed investment for infrastructure.
Technical Support Team Leader (Former Employee) – Philippines – November 12, 2017

CSR/Agent (Former Employee) – Jackson, MI – November 3, 2017
i didn't like how strict they are with hours, dress code, and break times. someone that doesn't like sitting all day would not enjoy this job. gets hectic if youre not used to calls back to back and not being able to stretch your legs periodically.
account receivable, calling insurance third party and attorneys for auto claim work mans comp claim, work accoun to the fullest to it was resolve they care for their employee raises were good people got along like family
NCO Financial Systems (Former Employee) – Overland Park, KS – October 23, 2017
the name NCO Financial make sit sound like it's a financial company. it wasn't. it was a call center doing customer service for Sprint. Every time Sprint ends up on the list of "Worst Customer Service Ever", NCO was why.
