CALL REP (Former Employee) –  Johnstown, PANovember 28, 2016
We would receive calls from people who needed to pay credit card bills, utility bills, or needed energy assistance. It would be a typical 8 hour work day which was from Monday through Friday.

No empathy for employees. Pay raises are minimal. Managers are poorly trained and very selfish. Huge company with little work life balance for employees.

Customer Service Sales Support (Former Employee) –  Humble, TXOctober 26, 2016
A typical day was answering incoming calls and handling guest phone and service issues. I learned that being in a call center that you can not get distracted, have a tentative ear and pay attention to details. My co-workers and I were in close proximity and had to be respectful of each work space. The hardest part of the job was to handle international calls. The most enjoyable part about the job was learning all the services and products, and how to trouble shoot technical issues.
