About NComputing, Inc.

NComputing breaks the affordability and complexity barrier that has limited the PC from being deployed everywhere. Most users only tap one to five percent of a PC's processing power and today's multi-core PCs are more powerful than ever. NComputing leverages this trend with small access terminals and proven software that enable a single PC to support – more... up to 30 users at once. The access terminals are low-cost, use very little electricity, and are very easy to setup and maintain. Furthermore, the solution is compatible with standard PC applications so IT staff and end users do not require special training.

By harnessing the untapped power of existing PCs, NComputing enables organizations to give their users affordable access to the Digital Age. Schools, businesses and governments around the world are using NComputing to dramatically lower their acquisition and maintenance costs up to tenfold while simplifying their IT infrastructure. In short, NComputing makes personal computing simple, efficient and affordable to all.

NComputing was founded in 2003 by Young Song and Klaus Maier leveraging more than 12 years of applied research in multi-user computing. All NComputing products are environmentally friendly complying with the RoHS standard and are built according to the highest international quality standards including ISO 9001. NComputing has emerged as the global leader in multi-user computing with hundreds of thousands of users in 70 countries.

NComputing has a strong and innovative management team that possesses a comprehensive blend of experience in the PC hardware and software arena. In addition, key management members have strong ties and long-term relationships with leading worldwide suppliers and contract manufacturers.

"I will retire when anyone who wants a computer with the latest technologies can afford one."

Mr. Dukker has spent his entire career driving down the cost of computing. Prior to NComputing, he founded and served as CEO of eMachines, a company dedicated to making computers affordable. In its first fiscal year, eMachines achieved $817 million in revenues and quickly became the third largest manufacturer of personal computers in North America.

Previously, Dukker held senior management roles in manufacturing and retail companies, including senior vice president of merchandising and direct operations at Computer City, president of OPTi, Inc., President of the PC manufacturing and distribution of CompUSA, and founder and president of PC Brand, one of the first mail order PC manufacturers in the industry.

"There is nothing more exciting than to build a company from zero to nearly a billion dollars in sales in only one year. I believe that we can grow another great company with the technologies developed by my co-founder, Klaus -- only this time, I think we can really achieve the goal of making computing affordable for everybody, even those in developing countries."

Mr. Song's career is also marked by the development of innovative yet low-cost computing solutions. Co-founding NComputing is the continuation of what he and Dukker jointly began at eMachines, where Song served as co-founder and vice president of product marketing. At NComputing, Song and his co-founder, Klaus Maier, use innovative software to capitalize on the processing power of today's PCs to deliver computing solutions to budget-strapped organizations and nations. Song taps on over 15 years of management experience to run NComputing's day-to-day operations.

"I've been working on different ways to get more use out of PCs for nearly a decade. We founded NComputing because we knew we had the technologies and the time is right for our solutions. Today's PCs are so powerful that 90% of users never use more than 10% of the processing power. I am excited to work with a team that knows how to get our products to market."
