Plenty of work no support
Project Engineer (Current Employee) –  Inglewood, CADecember 26, 2016
No support, everybody is on there own.
Hard work is not noticed and there is more than enough work work to go around.
More than an eight hour day is expected for eight hours pay.
Pros
I like the people I work with
Cons
Relocated to job site further away from home without compensation.

Take three steps forward and ten steps back. Over all some of the guys where the only reason I stayed. Then got laid off. Hardest part off job was getting material when asked sometimes you would see it 2 weeks later.

Production, production and excellence
Journeyman Electrician (Former Employee) –  Poway, CAOctober 5, 2014
Neal Electric is probably the best electrical contracting company in Southern California. If I was building a hospital or laboratory or University, I would call them. They are a union shop, and the hall works with them. I have seen electricians work on a job for 4 hours and get sent back to the hall. They insist on quality, and production. I never lacked for a piece of equipment when I worked for them. You will always have the resources and materials you need. Being a journeyman for Neal in particular was very gratifying.
Pros
Fair wage for a good job.

Apprentice Electrician (Former Employee) –  Norwalk, CAJuly 18, 2014
I worked at several job sites for this company. Many High Schools, then I worked at a Power Plant and then a water treatment plant...Industrial work is my preference.
