Specifically, we are seeking professionals who are ready for the challenge of owning the end-to-end deployment of the world’s most sophisticated real-time chat platform across our customers’ web sites. This role brings the exciting opportunity of working with new technologies and deploying the Needle platform to deliver authentic, expert-driven real-time chat experiences to our customers’ web site visitors. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

3. The ability to quickly master the technical aspects of the Needle platform
Defines, develops, designs, and executes implementation strategy and deployment guidelines for the Needle platform against our customer’s key business drivers.
Oversees integrations with our customers’ websites, including code delivery, chat invitation targeting rules, chat console design, and catalog integrations.
Serves as a subject matter expert to customer stakeholders, guiding them throughout the implementation process.
Concerning education, a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline is a plus. Special consideration will be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree in Information Systems or an MBA.
The candidate must demonstrate an ability to work through complex business problems and partner with internal teams in a consultative approach with our customers.
The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills. He or she possesses the capacity to provide clearly-articulated documentation to customers and internal team members. Moreover, he or she must be comfortable presenting to a wide range of business stakeholders remotely and in person. He or she must also demonstrate the ability to understand and convey complex technical and business concepts to customer stakeholders.
Finally, this candidate must have the ability to organize and prioritize competing lists of projects with multiple milestones to customers’ technical and business teams, ensuring deliverables are executed on-time and service quality is maintained at world class standards.
