NEK is seeking qualified individuals to provide SOF curriculum development support for a customer at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Qualified individuals will have extensive Army/Navy and/or Marine SOF operational experience to include over 10 years of service in Army, Navy and/or Marine SOF units, active duty operational experience in support of OEF or OIF, as well as active Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret clearance. Individuals will have experience in the analysis, development, formulation, execution and evaluation of curriculum focused on SOF tactical and intelligence training requirements to include all SOF missions. This will include familiarity with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) training methodologies and past performance as an instructor at USAJFKSWCS, NAVSPECWARCOM or the Marine Special Operations School (MSOS). Qualified individuals will also be familiar with all phases of Program of Instruction development to include: curriculum planning, SOF Doctrine development, Lesson Plan and training aid development. Certification as a graduate of the USAJFKSWCS or NAVSPECWARCOM Instructor Training Course as well as extensive experience in support of SOF Doctrine Development and/or Phase IV of the SFQC is desirable.
