Noted as a "blue chip" firm for Strategic Planning, this was THE place to gain experience in the field. I particularly respected leadership and the vision they had for the firm.

I prospected for clients. I worked with one other person who continually wanted to quit.

Coworkers are friendly

Went to interview one day then the next day started working at Nor Cal Bev in Fullerton. Worked 2 days on 3rd shift and was laid off.

I liked everything about Nelson Staffing. They got me working and when one job was done they got me another one quick.

This is a company that only offers temporary jobs at different venues.
It was great for me as I arrived in Napa only two years ago and I didn't know anyone.
I's been a definite solution to my needs for the last two years but I need to move on and wish to work for a specific company that could be more reliable as far as scheduling me for the better part – more... of the year.
It was also very educating to have worked in different wineries and tasting rooms, and a great experience as I educated and serve a very diverse clientele from different cities and countries around the world. – less

Working hard from 8:30 to 5:00. Enjoying my job while being

productive. Employees who are nice to work with.

Job Placement was limit to only local warehouse production jobs.

one day they have a lot of work for you. "you did a great job on your assignment, we'll keep you posted!" Then you dont hear from them for 3 weeks.

Learned to survive and to trouble shoot to complete job or task. Job has benefit me in area of maturity and being able to adapt when not being promote and deserve to be. hardest part of job is not being compensated for my commitment to company. Most enjoyable part of the day is when I clock out.

Usually I am called up by my boss at Nelson Staffing and asked whether I am available on a certain day to work as an administrative assistant for a certain company. If I am available, I arrive at the company on the appointed day and meet with the contact from that company I will be working with. I usually work a full eight hour day for however many – more... weeks are needed for this particular job site and then I move on to another. The hardest part of the job is first meeting my contact in the new company that I will be working with and the most enjoyable part is meeting new people at the various job sites and learning about what their company does from just filing their paper work or answering phone calls. – less

it all depends on the assignement that i get for the day and how long its for, i learned to be flexible with my schedule and time when working with temp agencies, management was helpful and nice coworkers didnt have an assignement that long to feel any way towards them but i treat everyone i come in contact with respectfully moving around and not being – more... stable for long with temp positions. meeting new people always great with changing clients – less

The working there is good.
