Great people, great culture

The Nerdery is a wonderful place to be for developers. There is no lacking in perks, with free cereal, snacks, soda, ability to bring your dog in every day, and if you're lucky enough to be around for the Holiday party, you're in for a treat.

Sales team operates on a much tighter ship, some of the perks allotted to developers don't seem as accessible to this team. Work from home is not an amenity they receive (currently).

Overall, young company still learning how to walk, but very impressive people.
Pros
relaxed environment, dogs everywhere, great people
Cons
questionable sales structure, consistent change

Not a bad place to start out

It's a "good ole boys" club. On the surface the culture looks fantastic. It doesn't take long to notice that the wrong people have been put into positions of authority.
