Great Company that really cares about their employees. Fast paced work environment, but thats just part of the job. Not many layers of management, so decisions are made pretty quickly. Excellent team atmosphere. very rewarding company to work for

NES offers steady work week, home daily. Company puts most focus on when employees make "mistakes" and none on all the good work done day in and day out. If you are written up for something it never goes away. There is no retirement or savings plans.

This is a good place to work; I've learned much about the construction industry's equipment needs and made many contacts over the years here. It's busier during the warmer months than the colder ones typically.

Great people and upper management. Top notch equipment rental company. Hated to leave.
