What was nice about Recruiting for Nesco is that is NOT a micro-managed enviroment and there are no unrealistic quotas. This is a firm that appreciates and recognizes employees for their contributions.
world class management staff from India. Company has operations in more than 8 countries in Middle east and Europe. It is cosmopolitan culture.For every staff, 3 months probation training was imparted in work place. It is very short hours of work.
