Had a phone interview with recruiter. Was told would hear back in a couple days for second step. Interview seem to go well lasted about 30 mins. Got all job details even talked compensation. Its been 3 weeks and no contact since from recruiter. My online application statues says in progress still. Is this a good sign or not.
