Pros: medical benefits, you'll need it!
Cons: no life!
This job will be good for someone who is single, has no kids, likes to sweat, and is ok with not having a life outside of work. A typical day involves carrying and loading 300+ bottles of water weighing about 50lbs each, not to mention cases of water and cases of tea as well. Since they pay you salary, they will work every single hour that they can get out of you..On an average day you're going to be pulling a 12-14 hr shift. Be prepared to be over fatigued, working your back beyond limitations. They pay about 39k yr, that ain't enough to endanger your health for it. Managers are stressed out most of the time, and everyone around you complains about heavy workloads, unsafe trucks, missing products, and body aches. Did I mention a ridiculous amount of stops u get? It's usually about 60-80 a day, the worse part is that they DO NOT give you enough time per stop to actually provide "good" customer service, which sets you up for failure and longer work hours.. Oh and I forgot another thing, they want you to knock on everyone's door to try and sell new products too on top of that..absolutely ridiculous! Good luck people!
