Accounts Payable Coordinator (Former Employee), Glendale, California –
Pros: plenty of ice cream yum yum
Cons: paid for parking
Nestle is a company that value your input. Constantly encourage you to increase education. Allowed you to participate in taste test on one of there famous new products. Celebrate you on a job well done. Management provided honest year-end reviews (sometimes) However, Nestle managment allowed you to speak your disagreements. Also, My job duties were – more...  very important to me because I represented a woderful AP department. Nestle allowed all employees of different levels to attend meetings concerning the company. I truly appreciate working for them. I would go back in a heart beat although my job was outsourced. – less

Productive and fun workplace that requires perisitence
Retail Sales Representative-Trainer (Current Employee), Pontiac, MI –
Pros: business perks, traveling, energectic atmosphere, team members
Cons: sometimes interfere with your personal life
Typical work day: Begin work at 8 am, call on two stores (includes merchandising our products, selling to management in each store and resolving issues that occur during each visit) and ending my day at 4 or 4:30 pm

I learned how to instantly adjust my sales tactics to accommodate any unexpected obstacles that may occur throughout the day. Also, learned – more...  to be very persistent in selling merchandise I represent.

Management is very supportive in assisting workers in improving or advancing their performance – less

Route Sales Rep (Former Employee), Newburgh, NY/ Lanham and Baltimore, MD/ Lorton, VA –
Pros: all the water you can drink, excellent way to keep in shape
Cons: too many uncompensated hours
Deer Park, which falls under the Nestle Waters division of Nestle, can be a rewarding place to work. The opportunity to service both residential and commercial accounts is a unique combination that enables the ability to communicate on a broad spectrum to customers. It is an excellent place to hone customer service skills and solidify soft skills. The – more...  work is labor intensive and offers the driver the opportunity to build physical and mental endurance. The downside is they pay salaries on most position and there is a real possibility to work 50 or more hours a week with no extra compensation. – less
