Pros: Good pay, good benefits
Cons: Terrible management, not enough employees
I worked by myself on the night shift. I was responsible for 250+ multimillion dollar companies with no backup. If I had an issue I had only myself to rely on to solve it. We were ridiculously understaffed. The workload was overwhelming. Some people slacked off and others had to work much harder to compensate. Over all a bad experience.
