I was reading some reviews on Glass House about working at Netflix and more than 50% of the comments have been from people who were fired out of the blue for no apparent reason. So many reviews warned others for not seeking employment. They will get fired, it's only a matter of time.
This concerns me for obvious reasons. I've been submitting myself for mid management positions in their corporate headquarters in Los Gatos. If I end up getting hired, I will have to move closer to that region of the bay area as the commute would be too much.
I have to take pause when I read these reviews. Is Netflix really that bad? If so, then why would I want to uproot my life if I'm sitting on a ticking bomb?

I did receive a call from Netflix. The phone interview was setup for a date and time. Never received the call. I hope this doesn`t happen all the time. Anything on a comment?
