Received inbound phone calls from customers needing help with their gaming devices, and their new TVs. I learned how to communicate over the phone over the ways of fixing computers, gaming devices, and Tvs. The management was changing to make the work environment more successful and positive. The culture was very fun, loving, and humorous. The hardest part of the job was giving quick, precise directions to the older generation over the phone. The most enjoyable part of the job was using my teaching skills and interacting with customers over the phone about enjoying the entertainment they can stream on netflix.
