this company is a joke. Engineers are good at what they do and I worked with some great people, but the management is horrible. The sales team runs the company, which is appropriate, as the owners are merely sales guys themselves. There is no advancement opportunities and no training programs. You can get a 'raise' by getting a cert, but I worked with guys that had been with the company 5+ years with no increase.
They sell what they can sell instead of telling their clients what they really need.
Your schedule is controlled by the HQ group in KY.
whike the company has 100 engineers, getting help is like getting oil from a rock. Each individual is concerned with their own billable time, as it's tied to monthly bonuses.
