The culture was a great culture. Fun time were had as well as stressful times closing numbers. The development of the software is seriously falling behind the competition, making it very difficult to stay with the times in the world of Education Software. Upper management is only interested in the corporate side of the business and did not do a good job in relaying information down the line. In the short time that I was there we went through 3 Business unit Managers-VP's. Moral dropped dramatically with the higher of the lasted EDU VP. There is a lack of communication to be had at this company.
