Communications Technician, Tempe, AZ - January 29, 2013
Our work at Netsian Technologies Group always consisted of exceeding customer expectations. Showing up at job sites early to communicate and collaborate with each other on the task ahead. Planning and calculating the amount of supplies required and cost. Communicating cost and deadlines with customers. Physical labor; pulling cables, building Internal distribution feed closets, dressing cabling, building trays and routing cable with conduits. Management encouraged and rewarded employees that were hard working and efficient. Co-workers were competitive and knowledgeable about the industry and willing to share information and ideas with each other. The hardest part of the job were late hours and extreme deadlines at works sites that required us to work after business hours and late into the night. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning the industry and collaboration with a group of people who enjoy solving the problems and task a head.
