Lacking accountability and a culture of excellence

The company has potential, but the culture is such that everyone only has the time or motivation to do their job and no more. I don't feel like there's a commitment to excellence. I don't feel like excellence is rewarded. The only thing rewarded is nepotism, which has led to inexperienced managers due to "who they know".
