Unstable, Discriminates against older workers

Work for 10 years, build division, get fired because you are older, cost too much to insure, and can be replaced easily by younger people now that all hard work done. Most every person laid off was over 40. They have laid off hundreds of employees in the last few years (went from 1,100 employees to 300) Insurance is AWFUL!! Very expensive monthly and you have a $5k deductible. Most systems are very old and clunky. Very political and "ol' boy" culture. Very limited advancement. CEO left and only matter of time until bankrupt. Business is dying. Stay away!
