Network Instruments is looking for a technically minded, inbound marketer to assist with the implementation, management and maintenance of a marketing automation and lead generation platform.
As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will assist with the implementation of a marketing automation/lead generation platform at Network Instruments. You will be responsible to configure and deploy the chosen platform and integrate with our CRM system and processes. You will design and execute automated marketing campaigns and programs such as lead scoring and lead nurturing.
In this role you will perform demand generation and related marketing tasks including creation of campaigns, emails, landing pages and web form templates. You will work collaboratively with the marketing communications team to request custom HTML designs and copy updates to maintain company branding and messaging. You will work with marketing management to whiteboard campaign workflows prior to implementation.
In addition to being the inbound marketing expert, you will deliver analytics and reports showing overall program and campaign level performance and provide recommendations to marketing management. You will become the hands-on expert with marketing automation, CRM system integration and related business processes. You will advise on best practices with regard to sales and marketing demand generation business processes, automation capabilities, testing, campaign results, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the marketing team to develop on-line marketing programs and campaigns to maximize prospect response, generate inbound leads and increase sales pipeline value
*Build campaigns, landing pages, lead nurturing and lead scoring processes within a marketing automation system
*Setup customized landing pages, e-mail campaigns and lead scoring rules
*Define, segment and pull lists to build campaigns
*Deploy online lead-generation campaigns via marketing automation system to include email campaigns and landing pages
*Continuously improve effectiveness by performing testing on all elements of marketing campaigns (lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, key words, calls-to-action, offers, etc.)
*Design and maintain a campaign metric tracking system that makes it easy to track and measure campaign conversion rates, performance and ROI
*Continually monitor, analyze and tune demand campaign copy, creative, execution date/time and lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve campaign conversion rates, performance and ROI – ensuring the highest quality leads for sales follow up
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, etc.
*3+ years of experience working in a B2B marketing based role
*2+ years utilizing technology based programs and campaigns for marketing
*Extremely adept with Salesforce.com and proficient at learning complex software solutions
*Knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords
*Familiar with industry best practices (outbound/inbound marketing, demand generation, etc)
*Experienced working with both senior and junior level marketers as well as sales team members and management
*Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and prioritize
*Excellent communication skills including the ability to discuss technical matters with a non-technical audience in an effective way
*Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within the Marketing/Sales cycle

*Competent in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Previous experience with Automation solutions (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot)
*Marketing Automation certifications
