We are looking for an Online Customer Service Representative to join a forward looking health products company. What you need for this position:

- Ability to handle a high number or e-mails
- Proficient in MS office
- Ability to communicate clearly to colleagues and upper management
- Adaptable skills with the ability take on new technology

- Experience in nutraceuticals and vitamins preferred

What you will be Doing:

- Process customer orders and look up invoices in our online backoffice
- Assist customers with product questions and retail/online locations to purchase
- Input data into accounting software to include customer's notes
- Assist customers with any specific needs and escalating as appropriate
- Process credit applications and research payments when applicable
