A typical day was pool cleaning, general maintenance as needed.
The current management structure does not work for maintenance. The property managers for unit leasing should not control maintenance. This should be in the hands of the district maintenance portfolio managers.
The level of pay needs to be increased to attract and keep quality tech's. A rotating on call system needs be created and to include property managers for domestic issues.(ie lost keys, disputes)
