Work here if you have no morals or ethics!
Wellness Dept/Assisted Living (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVJune 10, 2016
Management is horrible. Issues were ongoing over the course of years. Management "ignores" the problems continuously. A very "clique" like work environment. Reported problems/issues go unresolved until it's brought to HR's attention. Even then HR sides with the management in the community of employment. I witness on more then one occasion bullying. I have heard/seen staff threaten each other with physical violence. Cussing from staff and management a like. If you speak up against management they find reasons to write you up and eventually fire you. Management at the community I worked for spent more time sitting in the office talking and gossiping then working. Don't bother calling after hours when there is an emergency, You will be lectured and told "I deserve to have a life too." Even though this is the position the manager signed up for. Many times myself or coworkers have been told to violate state regulations. It's a "all about me" work environment. No structure. No respect. Don't dare try and call in when your sick. Even when you have hours of sick time available to you. The management won't answer the phone or tell you it's your responsibility to find coverage. Don't be fooled by the decent pay. They will get there moneys worth. If you don't mind being treated like a peon then this is the place for you!
Pros
Decent Benefits
Cons

Property Management (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVJune 9, 2016
Not all what they claim to be...if you're giving 100%, don't expect upper management to do the same...The old VP was very polarizing...forced her political and personal views...in front of the HR department and nothing was done to her...if you don't follow her beliefs or the beliefs of the ownership...you were isolated and marked for termination...very hostile work environment..so disapointed..I should of never came to work for them!

Property Maintenance Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVJune 13, 2012
A typical day was pool cleaning, general maintenance as needed.
The current management structure does not work for maintenance. The property managers for unit leasing should not control maintenance. This should be in the hands of the district maintenance portfolio managers.
The level of pay needs to be increased to attract and keep quality tech's. A rotating on call system needs be created and to include property managers for domestic issues.(ie lost keys, disputes)
Pros
the tennants
Cons
poor structure
