Working Chef to assist in management of kitchen operation of private country club in western PA. Successfull candidate will manage a staff of seven culinary employees serving multiple dining areas including banquets of up to 350 guests, casual and formal dining, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience at a private country club or equivelent experience. A culinary degree is preferred but work experience will be considered. Candidate will be responsible for menu design and frequent menu changes and maintain budgeted food cost within acceptable range established by management. Salary for all hours worked $25K - $30K E.O.E.
