Customer Care Representative, Sterling, VA - September 6, 2013
A typical day entailed answering calls and troubleshooting customer issues. I learned how to use employee tools, multitask, and communicate effectively via instant messaging and emails as well as noting the customer's accounts. Management was most helpful in assisting with any additional issues that occurred as well as escalations. My co-workers were very supportive and helpful as well as in assisting promptly with any questions or concerns I that had arose. The hardest part of my job was working from home and being by myself all day and not physically around my co-workers and management team. The most enjoyable part of this job was working from home and accruing no travel expenses.
